Sue integrates mindfulness into all of her work and supports individuals in learning how to connect with their own inner strengths by gaining new understanding, resources and skills and by practicing intentional attention.

Sue’s first career was in nursing, and she brings a gentle and caring approach to her work, providing an holistic approach to teaching and supporting others through her ability to demonstrate compassion and respect.

Sue was inspired to share mindfulness and meditation practices given the profound changes she realized in her own life by using these modalities to heal after a significant health challenge. Sue’s personal journey inspired her to take graduate level education in mindfulness-based teaching and learning and complete certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher training. Sue achieved certification as a Chronic Care Professional and holds a Master of Arts in Leadership, focused in the study of Mindful Leadership.

Sue feels that teaching mindfulness and meditation is a privilege, and she is committed to supporting individuals to seek, find and live with personal empowerment, and is intent to support people as they take active and proactive roles in their own personal journeys of transformation and wellness.
